is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Barnet.
This is an excellent opportunity for both enthusiastic ECTs looking to begin their teaching career and experienced fully qualified teachers seeking a new challenge within a thriving primary setting.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to a Year 2 class, creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential academically and socially. The school is looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching within KS1 or Year 2 placements
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A creative and engaging teaching style
Good understanding of the UK primary curriculum
Passion for supporting children’s progress and wellbeing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
