Key Responsibilities Project Leadership - Oversee all on‑site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Renovation Management - Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules across multiple renovation projects. Deadline Delivery - Maintain tight control of timelines, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance - Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards. Stakeholder Communication - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear, consistent communication. Health & Safety Oversight - Ensure all site activities meet H&S requirements and promote a safe working environment.What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager, or similar role within residential renovations. Strong track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
