Site Engineer

Force Contracting Services are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on projects across the UK with long-term progression opportunities within a supportive and expanding business. 📍 Head Office based in Worksop but must be willing to travel & work away 💰 £45,000 – £50,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card 🕒 Full Time | PAYE What We Offer: * Competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 * Company van and fuel card provided * All accommodation costs covered when working away * £25 per night sustenance allowance * Full kit/PPE provided * 28 days annual leave, increasing with length of service * PAYE position * Excellent progression and development opportunities The Role: * Managing and overseeing site engineering activities on sites nationwide * Ensuring works are carried out safely, accurately, and to specification * Setting out and surveying works * Coordinating with site teams and subcontractors * Maintaining site records and reporting progress * Supporting successful project delivery across multiple locations Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Site Engineer * Strong understanding of construction and civil engineering processes * Full UK driving licence * Willingness to travel and stay away Monday–Friday when required * Good communication and organisational skills * CSCS card preferred If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values its employees and offers genuine career progression, we would like to hear from you.
