This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business as you will ensure clients receive a seamless service and that candidate activity is managed with accuracy, pace and care.
Youll be the operational anchor that keeps everything running smoothly in a fast-moving environment where responsiveness is essential.
Your role will be varied, hands-on and central to the success of the team.
Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality service at all times.
Overseeing the full candidate journey, from application through to placement.
Screening, assessing and shortlisting candidates to ensure suitability.
Completing reference checks and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Managing daily schedules, availability and workforce planning.
Attracting candidates through job board advertising and relevant media channels.
Building and maintaining strong social networks to increase candidate reach.
Providing essential administrative and operational support to consultants.
