Senior Site Manager

A well-established residential developer, who are experiencing a period of sustained growth, is seeking a high-calibre Senior Site Manager with proven experience of timber frame construction, to deliver a large affordable housing scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering high-quality, affordable housing schemes in partnership with major housing associations, with a strong pipeline of secured work for the coming years. The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery on the project. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive programme and performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Liaise closely with the client and their representatives Drive build programmes to meet deadlines and budget targets Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction Report progress to senior leadership and attend regular site meetings Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential construction Strong background in timber frame housing projects is essential Experience delivering affordable housing schemes Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple phases of construction effectively Strong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering high-quality, affordable housing schemes in partnership with major housing associations, with a strong pipeline of secured work.
