We’re on the lookout for a Sales & Sourcing Manager to join a trend driven Womenswear team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll shape product direction, influence buying decisions, and help drive commercial success—all while working alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

If you have a strong eye for product, a sharp commercial mindset, and solid experience in womenswear sourcing, this will be perfect for you.


What you’ll be doing:

You’ll sit at the heart of product and sales, working cross-functionally to bring compelling ranges to life.


  • Partner with global sourcing teams to build clear, pre-season strategies and deliver strong, commercially competitive product offers
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and confidently present ideas that convert into orders
  • Play a key role in product development—from initial concept through to ready-to-buy ranges
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and support teams to continuously improve
  • Manage critical paths to ensure key deadlines and milestones are met
  • Influence buying teams with compelling product pitches and insights
  • Support negotiations on cost, delivery, and order quantities to ensure best outcomes
  • Act as a key link between teams, solving challenges and keeping everything moving smoothly
  • Travel for seasonal territory visits, trade shows, and inspiration


What we’re looking for:


  • Strong experience in product development and sourcing (womenswear essential)
  • Background in buying or merchandising is a big plus xwzovoh
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of trends
  • A confident communicator who can influence and inspire stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven to see things through
  • A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams
