The Role

Working remotely, but with travel across the UK and Europe for installations accounting for approximately 25% of your time, The Field Applications Scientist will serve as the primary scientific resource for customers following instrument installation, guiding them through onboarding, training, and the ongoing use of advanced imaging workflows. Day-to-day, you will troubleshoot experimental challenges across sample preparation, image acquisition, and data analysis, working alongside service and product colleagues to resolve issues efficiently. You will also identify customers who may be struggling with adoption and put corrective plans in place, contributing directly to contract renewals and the long-term success of the customer base.
