Warehouse Picker Packer

IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Picker/Packer for our client in South Kirkby to start as soon as possible initially on a temporary basis.

Duties:

* Pick and pack customer sample orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring safe handling and professional presentation at all times.

* Work to tight deadlines in a busy department, responding to high volumes of customer requests.

* Monitor sample stock levels, identifying shortages and supporting replenishment to maximise daily dispatch capacity.

* Ensure all samples meet quality standards so customers receive the correct items first time.

* Maintain attention to detail to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.

* Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement within the mailroom process.

* Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements:

* Picking/Packing within a Warehouse environment.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good communication skills

* Confident working in fast-paced environments

* Reliable team player

* Good numeracy and literacy skills

* Can start ASAP.

Hours & Pay:

* Monday to Thursday: 08.00am to 16.30pm.

* Friday: 8am - 4pm.

* £12.90 per hour.

* Weekly pay whilst through the agency!
