This is for you if: You have 2 years experience as a Home Manager or in a similar senior role You're NMC Qualified You understand the commercial side budgets, occupancy, private market sales and marketing You're confident recruiting, building and retaining a team from scratch You have a strong working knowledge xwzovoh of CQC requirements You're driven by the challenge of commissioning, not just the routine of managing If you've been waiting for a role where you get to shape everything from the ground up and get paid well to do it this is it.
