Homebased role – Midlands based. Office travel to the northern office when needed.


We’re currently partnered with a branded drinks business that has an ambitious 3–5 year growth plan. With current turnover sitting between £30–40M and a target of £100M, they’re already growing at 30% year on year, and showing no signs of slowing down. With a strong portfolio of brands in this space, they’re well positioned to unlock growth from multiple channels.


As part of their next phase, they’re looking to hire a National Account Manager within their Wholesale team. You’ll take ownership of key Wholesale/Buying Group customers across a number of leading brands, reporting directly into a Senior National Account Manager who provides strong support and guidance as and when needed.


The real opportunity here is progression, as the business grows, so will the team. This role has clear scope to evolve quickly into something bigger for someone looking to step up and make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Full P&L responsibility Buying Groups & Wholesale customers
  • Identifying and staying ahead of emerging market and consumer trends
  • Influencing core range decisions and NPD development
  • Building strong, long-term customer partnerships xwzovoh
  • Driving sustainable, profitable growth across your account base


Who You Are


  • Proven experience working across Retail, Wholesale, Convenience or Buying Group customers
  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical proficiency
  • Skilled negotiator focused on building long-term partnerships
  • Proactive and independent worker in fast-paced environments
  • Team player ready to collaborate and engage in hands-on tasks
  • Excellent communicator with a straightforward and friendly approach
