Job Summary:

This role owns commercial growth and senior client relationships for Product Safety, Toxicology, and Regulatory Consulting services across the UK and European markets. It is a consultative, solution-led sales role focused on selling non-commoditized, science-driven consulting engagements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own business development and revenue growth across UK & European markets.
  • Build and expand senior-level client relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including deal closure.
  • Carry direct revenue responsibility.
  • Develop new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts.


Core Competencies:

  • 10+ years in consulting sales or regulatory/life sciences BD.
  • Experience selling high-value, non-commoditized services.
  • UK/EU market exposure.
  • Scientific or regulatory background preferred.
  • Cosmetics and Personal Care.
  • Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals.
  • Medical Devices.
  • Nutraceuticals and Food Supplements.
  • Consumer Health and OTC Products.


Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in related Filed.
  • Working knowledge of toxicology and product safety.
  • Familiarity with REACH, CLP, EU Cosmetics Regulation, MDR.
  • Consultative sales approach.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement.
  • RM-driven pipeline management.
