The Opportunity
This is not a standard sales role. You will be responsible for identifying and unlocking new commercial opportunities with office managers, facilities leaders, landlords, managing agents, and business decision-makers across London.
You will act as the first point of contact between prospective clients and our business—opening doors, generating interest, building relationships, and creating qualified opportunities for our senior leadership team to convert.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across target sectors
* Identify opportunities where clients are dissatisfied or approaching contract renewal
* Secure meetings, site surveys, and tender opportunities for senior leadership
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity
* Develop market intelligence on buildings, occupiers, and local opportunities

* Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
* Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities
* Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection
* Previous experience in sales, recruitment, estate agency, or business development is advantageous but not essential
