Role Description

This is a contract position located in the Birmingham, UK Area for a Brand Representative to work with us at BVA Live June 11-12. Accommodations are covered, including your stay at the Hilton and all meals. In this role, you will represent the ZooDoc UK brand by engaging directly with clients and customers at the BVA live event attracting leads, answering inquiries, and building trust in the brand. Additional responsibilities include driving brand awareness, representing the brand in speaking engagements, and supporting sales efforts while ensuring a consistent, positive brand experience through clear communication and strong interpersonal engagement. xwzovoh

Qualifications

• Experience in pet care or a background in the pet care industry.
• 6-12 months of relevant Sales experience
• Proficiency in Customer Service to provide a positive and helpful experience for clients
• Ability to enhance Brand Awareness and execute promotional activities effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work on-site at the Event in Birmingham and actively participate in customer and client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial not required
