Business Support Officer - Governance Service

We are currently seeking an Business Support Officer for an immediate start to support the Information Governance department based in Ballymoney. This role is initially for a minimum of 3 months. This position offers flexible working arrangements of either 3 days per week 9.00am5.00pm, with flexibility on the days worked or 5 days per week 9.00am1.00pm. The rate of pay is £14.06 per hour. The successful candidate will provide a range of administrative support, including managing records and correspondence, organising meetings, maintaining filing systems, preparing documents and reports, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the team. Role: Provide administrative support to the Head of Information Governance, including managing correspondence, organising information, and supporting daily operations. Manage diaries, schedules, appointments, and meetings. Support meetings, working groups, and committees by preparing agendas, distributing papers, taking minutes, and tracking actions. Prepare memoranda, letters, reports and presentations. Maintain accurate records of staff leave, sickness absence, training, and other personnel information.
