They undertake major Mechanical & Electrical Packages on behalf of Tier:1 main contractors involved in ‘technology’ schemes including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor plants and heavy industrial projects.  Due to continued growth in the region of their Commercial division, our client is now seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their team based on a commercial build in Central London.Responsibilities•    Oversee Mechanical Installation Activities: Manage and coordinate all mechanical works (HVAC, pipework, public health systems) on-site, ensuring adherence to design, quality standards, and programme milestones. •    Subcontractor Management: Supervise and lead mechanical subcontractors, ensuring performance, compliance with RAMS, and timely delivery of work packages. •    Progress & Reporting: Monitor site progress, chair weekly mechanical coordination meetings, and report updates to project and commercial teams, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. •    Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all mechanical installations comply with project specs, CIBSE standards, and HSE regulations. Conduct regular QA inspections and support the commissioning process. •    Coordination with Other Trades: Collaborate with electrical, architectural, and structural teams to resolve interface issues, manage M&E clashes, and support smooth project delivery from shell & core through to client handover.RequirementsMust have Mechanical Engineering or similar degree level qualification Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role Must live within commutable distance of Holborn Ideal Candidates CV will demonstrate excellent stabilityBenefits80,000 - 85,000 + Benefits
