£40,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity
A well-established organisation within the UK property and asset management space is investing heavily in its client services and growth function. This role sits within a high-performing regional team, focused on managing key client relationships, improving retention, and identifying opportunities to expand service delivery across an existing portfolio.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a consistently high level of service. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships, support contract renewals, and identify areas for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships across a portfolio of key clients
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality client experience
- Conduct regular client reviews and maintain consistent communication
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services
- Support and contribute to tender and proposal activity where required
- Analyse client requirements and provide commercially sound solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth xwzovoh service delivery
- Represent the business at meetings and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management (property, services, or B2B environment)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot growth opportunities
- Confident communicator with good presentation skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems
