Were after a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to grow accounts, fill roles, and mentor junior colleagues in the Industrial / Commercial / Technical sector.
Youll:
Win new business & grow existing accounts (10% Commission)
Manage full recruitment lifecycle
Source top talent & build strong pipelines
Hit and exceed billing targets
You have:
3+ years recruitment experience (Industrial preferred)
Proven track record in a target-driven market
Commercial mindset, resilient & motivated
Full UK driving license
