Job Profile for Project Engineer 46664 Bennett & Game are currently working with a leading civil and marine engineering contractor who are seeking a Marine Project Engineer to join their Reactive Works team based in Dawlish.

The successful candidate will provide engineering, technical and project coordination support across a varied portfolio of reactive civil and marine works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and budget requirements.

Marine Project Engineer
- Position Overview
* Support the delivery and management of reactive civil and marine engineering projects
* Coordinate project information between office and site teams
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Review drawings, specifications and technical information
* Assist in resolving technical and design issues during project delivery
* Produce sketches, drawings and engineering calculations where required
* Support planning, sequencing and procurement activities
* Attend site to carry out surveys, inspections and progress reviews
* Assist with setting out, quality checks and verification of completed works
* Support preparation of project documentation, RAMS and progress reports
* Monitor project costs, resource usage and project risks
* Promote and maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance Marine Project Engineer
- Position Requirements
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Previous experience within civil engineering, infrastructure or marine construction
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
* Proactive and team-focused approach
* Full UK Driving Licence Desirable
* Experience working on marine or coastal engineering projects
* Knowledge of reactive or maintenance-based project delivery
* Working towards ICE Chartership or equivalent professional accreditation Marine Project Engineer
