What We're Looking For:

? Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
? Food Hygiene Level 2 (within the last 3 years)
? Own chef whites and knives
? Confident running a kitchen independently
? Reliable, organised, and able to work to tight service times
? Team player with a hands-on approach
? Passion for producing quality meals

Key Responsibilities:

?? Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for students
?? Managing deliveries and stock storage
?? Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
?? Following food safety and school compliance standards
?? Working efficiently to meet service deadlines
