The Role

We are looking for seasoned, high-energy Individual Contributors (Hunters) who can hit the ground running. This is a pure hunting role where you will focus on opening new logos and driving high-value digital transformation engagements.


Key Responsibilities

  • New Logo Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, focusing on high-growth sectors: High-Tech, Manufacturing, and Insurance.
  • Solution Selling: Effectively sell a combination of BPO and Tech-enabled services, using deep industry knowledge to build C-level trust.
  • Deal Architecture: Develop complex, annuity-style contracts that provide long-term value and scalability beyond the initial engagement.
  • Strategic Growth: Leverage our advanced AI and process intelligence portfolio to solve complex business challenges for global enterprises.


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Hunters: You have a consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
  • BPO & Tech Experts: You possess a deep understanding of Business Process Outsourcing and can translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Industry Network: You have an existing footprint or deep familiarity with High-Tech, Manufacturing, or Insurance verticals.
  • Commercial Maturity: Experience in structuring large-scale, multi-year managed services and transformation deals.


Requirements

  • Strong experience in BPO and Tech sales.
  • Proven background in "hunting" and new business development.
  • Ability to work independently and drive the "Art of the Possible" with clients.
