We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead European sales for a high-tech engineering business operating across defence, aerospace and advanced communications.

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth, key accounts and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver European sales strategy
- Lead and mentor a technical sales team
- Manage key defence / aerospace customer relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth
- Forecast, report and deliver against targets
Requirements
- Experience in technical sales leadership ( RF / microwave essential)
- Background in defence, aerospace or complex engineering markets
- Strong commercial skills (pricing, negotiation, key accounts)
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Be a UK or NATO citizen with the right to work in the UK.
- Be xwzovoh comfortable working in the defence industry
- Be prepared to sign the official secrets act and complete BPSS clearance.
