An established and highly regarded Independent Financial Adviser firm in Berkhamsted is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Specialist to join its Client Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator looking to progress into a senior position, taking ownership of complex client cases while supporting the development of junior colleagues. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional levels of service and administrative excellence across the business.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Client Services Specialist, you will manage complex post-sale administration across a broad range of financial planning cases. Working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, you will ensure business is processed efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

You will also act as a source of support and guidance for colleagues, helping to develop specialist administration skills and promote best practice.
