Site Engineer - Water Civils | Long-Term Contract Sussex / Kent | Long-Term Programme | CIS Site Engineer looking for your next long-term contract? Carrington West are supporting an established civil engineering contractor delivering multiple water infrastructure packages across Sussex and Kent, with opportunities for experienced Site Engineers to join from September/ October. With work programmed throughout 2027, the attraction here is simple: technical civils work combined with genuine contract longevity. The opportunity You'll work closely with the Site Manager and Supervisors, taking ownership of the engineering assurance needed to keep construction moving. The work will involve a mixture of: ·Setting out civil engineering works ·Reinforced concrete and structural civils ·Excavations and below-ground construction ·Chambers, drainage and pipework ·Associated water infrastructure ·QA and ITPs ·As-built surveys and construction records ·Technical queries and drawing interpretation ·Supporting temporary works and construction sequencing You'll be expected to spot issues before they become programme problems, provide the site team with accurate information and maintain the QA trail required to get the works handed over. What we're looking for You'll need to be someone who can mobilise quickly and operate with minimal hand-holding.
