A leading manufacturer of industrial paint spray booths and curing ovens is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to support and grow a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial clients across the UK.

This is a field-based role offering a high level of autonomy, where you will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions to customers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical advice on spray booth and curing oven solutions, aligned to clients’ production requirements
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers across a wide range of industries
• Identify opportunities to grow business and drive sales performance
• Represent the company professionally at senior client level

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical or industrial sales
• Strong background in powder coating equipment, paint xwzovoh finishing, or industrial curing ovens (essential)
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and finishing processes
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
