We have recently expanded our operations in Belfast to over 1200 properties and we currently employ 50 staff.

We wish to recruit a suitably qualified person for the following post: MAINTENANCE OFFICERRef: MO/06/26 Reporting to the Customer Repairs Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of property management operations.

This is a full-time permanent post working 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate must have: Essential Qualifications: 3rd Level education or equivalent in a related subject ORa minimum of 1 year experience within the last 5 years in a similar role Essential Experience: A minimum of 1-year experience within the last 5 years in a related field Excellent customer service and communication skills Computer Literacy: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook The position offers the following benefits: Salary £34,434
