About the role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team at Streambank. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone starting their career who is eager to learn, work hard and progress within the Bank.

This is a fully office-based role (5 days per week) where you will play a key part in keeping the sales function organised, efficient and moving forward. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Executives (BDE), acting as a reliable point of support and coordination behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Managing and updating CRM systems and internal databases
- Preparing sales documents, ESIS/ DIPs, sales calculations, file set up, amendments
- Coordinating internal processes to support the sales cycle
- Liaising with BDEs to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Liaise with lending operations to ensure deals progress to underwriting
- Tracking progress of deals and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with data entry, analysis and reporting
- Ensuring all admin tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail

Tools, skills and experience
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams
- Previous admin experience is beneficial but not essential
This role is designed as a stepping stone into a Business Development Executive position. With strong performance, commitment, and development, there is a clear pathway to progress into a client-facing sales role.
