Locum Independent Prescriber Pharmacist

Join a supportive GP practice in Manchester as an Onsite Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist, working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective medicines optimisation and high-quality, patient-centred care.

About the Position:

5 days per week, onsite
£38 per hour
Must have primary care experience working as an Independent Prescriber
Conduct medication reviews and implement medication changes
Deliver face-to-face patient appointments
Prepare and action clinical correspondence
Work closely with GPs, nurses and the wider practice team to support safe prescribing and improved patient outcomesAbout the Practice:
