PAINT SPRAYER / PAINT TECHNICIAN Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Looking for a Paint Sprayer role where your specialist refinishing skills are rewarded, your earning potential is strong, and you can enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday working week? Overtime available ·Time Saved Bonus ·Monday to Friday working pattern ·Full-time, permanent employment ·Strong earning potential As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring paintwork is completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Carrying out colour matching, blending and refinishing work to achieve a high-quality finish. ·Following relevant health and safety procedures when handling paints, solvents and workshop equipment. ·Maintaining spray equipment, tools and the working area in a clean and professional condition. This opportunity would suit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher / Vehicle Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes. Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within a professional Bodyshop or accident repair environment. ·Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development. ·Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. ·Strong organisation and the ability to work effectively as part of a skilled workshop team. ·A full UK driving licence. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician offering a basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000 DOE, OTE up to £50,000, overtime and a Time Saved Bonus, all within a consistent Monday to Friday working pattern.
