Prospero Teaching are recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Arabic as a first language, to start immediately at a secondary school in Manchester. The successful candidate will be a fluent speaker of Arabic and have experience teaching English as a foreign language.

Teaching Assistant - Secondary School Location: North Manchester Contract: Full-time / Term-time only Minimum pay rate: £100/day

What will you do: Work closely with teachers to support learning in the classroom. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who speak Arabic as a first language. Assist in preparing resources and maintaining a positive learning environment. Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONSFluent in Arabic.

Hold a TEFL qualification.

Previous experience working in a UK school is desirable.

Experience working with young people in either a voluntary or professional capacity desirable.
