About the role

We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and growing manufacturing business to support the appointment of a Senior HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in its people, operations and future growth. Working closely with site leadership teams, you'll play a key role in delivering a proactive and commercially focused HR service, supporting both day-to-day operational activity and longer-term people initiatives. The successful candidate will be an approachable and confident HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and making a positive impact across the business. About the Role * Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across a broad range of people matters * Support employee relations activity including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability cases * Work closely with managers to drive employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives * Assist with organisational development, succession planning and talent management activities * Support change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business * Analyse HR data and trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making * Contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience * Promote a positive workplace culture and support diversity, inclusion and employee experience initiatives * Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices remain compliant with current employment legislation About You * Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role within a manufacturing, FMCG or operational environment * Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice * Confident managing a wide range of employee relations matters independently * Able to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation * Experience supporting business change, growth or organisational development initiatives * CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification * Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach Why This Opportunity? * Join a growing and ambitious manufacturing business * Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and influence people strategy * Varied role with exposure to both operational and strategic HR activity * Collaborative and supportive working environment * Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development If you would like to discuss this opportunity in confidence, please apply today or contact me directly for further information
