Bricklayer

Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Bricklayer to work with our client based in the South Tyneside area on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The assignment is initially for six months. Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out bricklaying, repair and maintenance work across various properties. The role will involve completing work to a high standard while ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently. Main Duties: * Carry out bricklaying and masonry work * Complete brickwork repairs and maintenance * Prepare and repair surfaces as required * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements * Work independently and as part of a team Essential Criteria: * Previous experience as a Bricklayer * Relevant Bricklaying qualification * Experience carrying out brickwork repairs and maintenance * Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship * Strongunderstanding of health and safety regulations If you are interested in this position, please apply with your up-to-date CV
