About the role
DELIVERY CONSULTANT £30,000£35,000 basic + quarterly commission Youre already a good recruiter. You know how to find people, speak to people, build trust quickly and turn a conversation into a placement. But maybe youre starting to wonder what happens next. Not in the I need a foosball table and a better job title kind of way. More in the I want to work on bigger mandates, with more senior people, in markets where relationships actually matter kind of way. Thats where this comes in. Youll be joining a specialist recruitment business in Southampton. Fewer than 20 people in a tight-knit ambitious business who are already operating globally. Small enough that your voice will be heard. Serious enough that the standards are high, the billings are strong, and the people around you know exactly what theyre doing. This time, theyre looking for someone to join as a delivery consultant. This isnt just a CV-sourcing role. Youll be building talent pools, speaking with candidates, taking good people to market, picking up leads and working closely with the business development team. Youll also get involved with clients, helping to run calls and presenting shortlisted candidates. Theyre open-minded about your background. You might currently work in 360 recruitment, delivery, account management or internal talent acquisition. You dont need experience in their sector, as theyll teach you everything you need to know. Its recruitment, yes. But done with more depth, more strategy and bigger conversations. You might already be in Delivery, you might be a 360 recruiter in another specialist market who wants to move into retained work and senior-level hiring. You may have recruited in engineering, maritime, renewables, technology, finance or something completely different - they can treat you. The sector matters less than the way you work. Youll need to be comfortable picking up the phone. Curious enough to understand a business properly, not just skim a job spec. Resilient enough to keep going when the obvious candidates are not the right ones. And ambitious enough to want bigger fees, better conversations and a clearer path forward. A warm platform in a high-potential market. Uncapped commission, with very generous percentages at higher thresholds. £4,000 every year for your own learning and development. 29 days holiday plus bank holidays. Private medical cover. A tech stack that actually helps you recruit better. International travel opportunities. Team incentives. And a business that genuinely invests in people who want to do this properly. Theres also a clear path into leadership, if thats where you want to go. Because this is not a place looking for passengers. Its a business looking for recruiters who want to build something, own something and be surrounded by people who take their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. So if youre a 360 exec recruiter with solid billing experience, or youre ready to step into delivery, lets talk. Send your CV. Drop me a message. Pick up the phone.
