Construction Contracts Manager Belfast Full-Time | Permanent £75,000 £90,000 + Bonus + Vehicle An established and growing construction business is seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join its senior leadership team in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects while leading and developing a high-performing construction team.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring quality standards, budgets, and programme deadlines are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the construction team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely Develop and implement construction strategies to support successful project delivery Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion Ensure all construction activities are delivered within agreed budgets and timelines Manage relationships with subcontractors and third-party providers Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance across all sites Coordinate site-start programmes, delivery schedules, and operational targets Support and mentor team members across the construction function Report on project performance and progress to senior management Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a senior construction management role At least 3 years experience in project management or site management Strong understanding of construction contracts and project delivery Proven ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Highly organised with the ability xwzovoh to manage competing priorities Full UK driving licence required due to travel involved with the role Package Salary: £75,000 £90,000 DOE Performance-related bonus structure Company vehicle Company pension On-site parking This role would suit an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager looking to join a growing organisation with a strong pipeline of work across North & South of Ireland.
