HR Trainer

A leading UK infrastructure contractor is looking for an HR Trainer to join their team, who will be travelling across regional sites. Responsibilities for HR Trainer: * Develop a structured people management training framework aligned with company values and operational needs * Identify capability gaps in line management across the business * Design and deliver training on performance management, absence management, and employee relations * Coach managers on handling sensitive ER cases, difficult conversations, and conflict resolution * Embed consistent management behaviours, competencies, and standards across the business * Deliver practical, scenario-based training relevant to an operational environment * Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across multiple sites * Act as a trusted operational advisor balancing business needs with people risk Essential Requirements for HR Trainer: * CIPD qualification Level 5 * Management or coaching qualification * Proven experience in a senior HR operational role * Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations * Experience operating in a multi-site or operational environment * Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge appropriately * Full UK driving licence * Previous experience in a similar role within an operational or project-based environment (Desirable)
