CNC Grinder

Job Description As a key member of our manufacturing operation, you will be responsible for producing high-precision crankshafts, camshafts, and various other engine components for leading super and hyper car manufacturers. The Role Set and operate CNC and manual: cylindrical and surface grinders. Perform quality control checks using gauges, perthometer and Adcole equipment. Manufacture components efficiently and cost-effectively, adhering to company standards and procedures. Maintain high level of communication with the Team and report operational issues promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to methods, processes, and tooling. Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities. Support the Company’s compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 by following company policy and best practice. Candidate Profile Experience as a CNC Grinder, preferably within the automotive or aerospace sectors. Junker and Kellenberger experience preferable but not essential Proven ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical drawings and information. Knowledge in work holding methods, wheel mounting and dressing is preferable. Ability to problem solve effectively and demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Working Hours Week 1 Monday - Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00 Friday - 06:00 to 13:00 Week 2 Monday - Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00 Friday - 13:00 to 20:00
