Our client is a highly rated London based law firm known for its ability to work on fast moving and complex challenges.

They are now recruiting for an experienced Commercial Partner to join their busy and growing team.

They advise on commercial matters across sectors including technology, telecoms, media, sports and education, acting as a strategic adviser to growth companies and their investors.

Ideally you will have a broad practice that covers a range of commercial disciplines that include:

• AI
• Sport
• Data Protection and Cyber Security
• Competition and Regulatory
• Technology and Outsourcing
• Distribution and Logistics
• Export, Trade and Sanctions Compliance
• Intellectual Property
• Hotel Franchising and Management
• Online and e-commerce
• Procurement

You will be actively involved in marketing and business development and enjoy working effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
