About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Level 3 EYFS Teaching and Learning Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to giving young children the best start in life and creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.

You will work closely with teachers and staff to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Children

• Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
• Provide individual and small group support, including early intervention where needed
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social development
• Attend to children’s personal needs, including toileting, hygiene, and wellbeing
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Support children with additional needs (including SEND) where required
