The work spans private M&A, joint ventures, investments, reorganisations, restructurings and corporate governance, with genuine exposure to high-quality, often multi-jurisdictional matters.As a senior member of the team, you'll take ownership of smaller matters and workstreams while co-leading larger transactions alongside partners, with direct client contact and opportunities to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
