An excellent opportunity for a ER Advisor to take ownership of complex employee relations matters across a multi-site organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, you'll provide practical ER advice and coach managers across all levels of the business.

Description

• Offer professional advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Assist managers in handling performance management and absence management cases.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Provide training and coaching to managers on HR policies and employee relations topics.
• Collaborate with other HR team members on initiatives and projects.
• Support organisational change and restructuring where required
• Work across multiple sites and build strong relationships with operational teams
• Analyse employee relations trends and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the HR Director on wider people matters
