About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Sales Manager to join a new team in Manchester and help deliver the premium service that defines our reputation.
What you'll do:
- Report to and support Sales Management in day to day running of the department.
- Support the Management team to achieve the department goals
- Support the Account Managers to achieve their sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching
- Assist the Sales Management to achieve outstanding service to drive high levels of repeat business and recommendations
- Ensure the Account Managers comply with company and FCA policies and procedures
- Ensure Account Manager follow the Oracle sales process
- Promote and manage the adoption of company vision and values within your function/team
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience, preferably within the automotive industry or a FCA-regulated environment.
- A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets
- A passion for providing a great customer service experience
- Possesses a high degree of IT literacy
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.

- A competitive salary with a £60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
