Carpenter Facilities Management Location: Coventry (Midlands-based travel) Pay: £20.00 £22.00 per hour (PAYE) Permanent position We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company based in Coventry, who are looking to appoint a qualified Carpenter on a permanent basis due to increased workload.

This is a hands-on, varied role working across planned and reactive maintenance, alongside fit-out and refurbishment projects across the Midlands.

The Role Carrying out planned and reactive carpentry maintenance Supporting fit-out and renovation works Undertaking occasional multi-trade tasks where required Working across commercial and public sector environments Travel across the Midlands, with very occasional overnight stays Requirements Minimum Level 2 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (City & Guilds or NVQ) Proven experience within maintenance, FM, or fit-out environments Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks when needed Full UK driving licence (essential) Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team Important This role is ideal for candidates with a short or immediate notice period .
