General Manager - Free Live-in

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead a busy, high-volume pub site in a fantastic London location.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator who is comfortable managing a fast-paced business and leading from the front.
The role:
Oversee the day-to-day running of a large pub operation
Lead and develop the team
Drive sales, service, and overall performance
Manage stock, rotas, and financial controls
Maintain high standards in a busy environment
The candidate:
Previous General Manager experience in pubs or high-volume hospitality
Experience managing sites turning over £40k+ weekly
Hands-on, organised, xwzovoh and commercially aware
Able to hit the ground running and lead from the front
Package:
Up to £55,000 OTE
£40,000 base salary
Free live-in accommodation
Fantastic London location
