Identifyingandmatchingresidentstosuitableprivatesectorpropertiessourcedthroughcouncilaccessschemes.
Workingproactivelytopreventhomelessnessbyofferingnegotiatingwithexcludersincludingfriends,familyandprivatelandlords.
Facilitatingandmanagingthetransitionofcustomersfromtemporaryaccommodationtosettledhomes. xwzovoh
UndertakingsuitabilityassessmentsinlinewiththerequirementsofPartVIIHousingAct1996(asamended)andtheHomelessness(SuitabilityofAccommodation)orders
Ensuringcompliancewithhousinglegislation,councilpolicies,andsafeguardingrequirements.
Maintainingaccuraterecordsandprovideregularreportsonplacementsandoutcomes
