Day 1: Full induction into the composite workshop, watching raw materials become precision aerospace components. Day 30: Cutting, bonding and shaping to tolerance, keeping pace with the team. If you've come from a carpentry, joinery, or bench-based trade or college course, this is your route into the aerospace sector.
