Client Side Building Surveyor - Retailer - All Midlands

This is a great opportunity for any Building Surveyors who are looking to break away from consultancy or make a move from any other regional role, taking ownership of a portfolio and helping with dilapidations projects from start to finish, large complex maintenance works and a myriad of other duties.

There will be extensive regional travel across the Midlands (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, West Midlands etc as well), regular overnight stays and occasional UK-wide travel as well - but each day will be different and interesting, working with the other key-members of the team to make sure the work is completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

You should have enough Building Surveying experience to be comfortable working remotely and autonomously, ideally in the retail sector or similar, but that's not a dealbreaker. If you're MRICS or MCIOB chartered then that's great, but again it's not necessary for this position.
