Working Pattern Enjoy a great work-life balance with our 4-day working week rotation : Week 1: Monday off Week 2: Tuesday off Week 3: Wednesday off Week 4: Thursday off Week 5: Friday off Then repeat Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum Promote childrens learning and development across all areas Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children at all times Work as a key person, building strong relationships with children and parents Observe, assess, and record childrens progress Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver outstanding care Requirements CACHE Level 2 (or equivalent) in Childcare/Early Years Good knowledge of the EYFS framework Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Passion for working with children and supporting their development Strong communication and teamwork skills xwzovoh A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude Desirable (but not essential) Paediatric First Aid Safeguarding training Experience working in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of observation systems (e.g., Tapestry) What We Offer Competitive salary (£26k£28k) 4-day working week (great work-life balance!)
