Senior Building Surveyor

A successful multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to grow their Building Surveying team with an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to help develop their presence across London and the South East.

The Senior Building Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will officially join the consultancy's established Nottingham team, where the wider Building Surveying function is based, but will take responsibility for managing workload across London and the South East.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a degree of autonomy and is keen to take ownership of developing a regional workload, while still having the backing, resources and support of an established multi-disciplinary business.

You'll have access to the consultancy's London office, with the flexibility to work across locations depending on your requirements and project commitments.

The role will offer exposure to a varied Building Surveying workload, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships, manage projects independently and play a key role in the continued growth of the business across London and the South East.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who is looking for greater responsibility and autonomy, while still wanting the support and stability of an established consultancy.

The Senior Building Surveyors Requirements

• A degree in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Strong Building Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
• Experience across a range of Building Surveying instructions
• Confident managing projects and client relationships independently
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload
• Ambitious, driven and keen to play a role in developing the London / South East offering
