Graduate SEN TA - Reading
Pay: £90.00 - £105.00 per day
Start Date: ASAP
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Reading is looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN TA to join their supportive team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about working with children with additional needs and is considering a future career in education, psychology, speech and language therapy, or mental health support.
The successful Graduate SEN TA will play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential in a nurturing school environment.
Role Overview
As a Graduate SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive.
This position is ideal for a Graduate SEN TA who is eager to gain hands-on experience within a supportive primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist with classroom learning and targeted intervention activities
Support pupils' communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing
Help maintain an inclusive and positive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
