Join our PMST Projects team and help maintain and enhance the historic Parliamentary Estate, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the heart of Westminster.You’ll lead a range of building services projects from concept through design, procurement, construction and handover. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, consultants and contractors, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards. What we’re looking for: A relevant qualification in a construction-related discipline (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent) or significant equivalent experience in building services or construction project delivery. Strong knowledge of construction, refurbishment or conservation projects, including experience of CDM regulations and construction contracts. Experience managing procurement processes and overseeing consultants and contractors to deliver projects to time, cost and quality standards.
