We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide development efforts on a project. This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success to steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed. js development and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential. Additionally the role involves adapting to a modular development pattern and building on top of the Holepunch peer to peer stack for our projects. Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution. Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines. Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role , managing multiple projects. ~2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js). ~ Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have. ~ CI/CD, automated testing, agile.
